I'm in need of secure, private DID phone numbers for Ireland and Germany for customer support purposes. These numbers should be linked to a SIP trunk dialer that allows outbound calls to show the same number as incoming calls - without displaying as a 'Private Caller'.
Key features of the SIP trunk dialer:
- Call recording
- Voicemail
- Call forwarding
Additionally, I would like the ability to place callers on hold with a custom MP4 file of my choosing as hold music.
