SMS Hardware gateway integration

Hi,
we'd need support for Hardware SMPP SMS Gateway in two points:

1. Integrate the SMS Gateway with our platform: to do that we just need
-SMPP provider that support binary SMPP API v3.4
-SMPP server IP/DNS record and port
- login and password (3-8 symbols)
- SMPP's phone number in international format or alphanumeric sender ID
- The user's phone number for SMS tests
- TON and NPI parameters, if they differ from standard values.
- Other custom parameters like - deleting «+» in sender or recipient number. For which billing plans activate the modem.
- make sure that IP addresses 37.17.76.42, 212.98.173.148 and 77.74.50.76 are added to whitelist of SMPP provider

We'll test connection once gateway will be set-up


2. Support to find the cheapest solution (Italy). We'd prefer an hardware SMS gateway where we put our SIM
