SIP Server Setup & Turkey Outbound Calling Project
We are looking for an experienced specialist to set up and deliver a fully functional SIP (VoIP) server.
Project Scope
The SIP server will NOT be provided by us.
The freelancer will be responsible for finding, sourcing, and setting up the SIP server, and providing it if necessary.
The installed system must allow successful outbound calls via the Zoiper application.
All calls will be outbound to Turkey.
Calling Requirements
Outbound calls must work smoothly and reliably for the following number formats:
+90 212 (Istanbul landline)
+90 213 (Istanbul landline)
+90 850 (Call center / special service numbers)
+90 444 (Corporate numbers)
Test calls will be made via Zoiper, and calls must be clear, stable, and successfully connected.
Expectations
Proven, hands-on experience with SIP / VoIP systems
Knowledge and experience with Turkey outbound calling
Proper configuration of all required settings (codecs, routing, authentication, etc.)
Ability to deliver a fully working system and provide short testing support
Deliverables
Fully functional SIP server
Successful outbound calls tested via Zoiper
Basic documentation or setup explanation (if required)
