React Developer with Asterisk/JSSIP Experience

I'm looking for someone with experience in React, who also understands Asterisk servers and JSSIP. I have an existing asterisk server that I connect to with a React phone client to make outbound and inbound calls. Everything was working fine, but I recently refactored my code to use Redux instead of Context. In doing so, now when I make outbound calls I get this error
[ERROR] JSSIP UA not initialized
And when making inbound calls it says the number is not available. I can provide the old, working version of the code, and the new version that doesn't work. I just need someone to look at it and tell me what I'm doing wrong after converting to Redux.
