Raspberry Pi: Free PBX + SIP Gateway

Install free PBX on a Raspberry Pi (3 Model B 1GB or new)
The issue: I have a SIP phone number which only works on the ISP in country A.
Thus, the SIP can only connect to the server when connected to the ISP WAN INSIDE country A.
I have a free PBX hosted in country B (cloud).
I like to have free pbx installed on a Raspberry PI to function as a gateway between my WAN connection in country A and my cloud free PBX in country B. So that after installing the Raspberry Pi, I can make and receive calls from the SIP phone number in country A.
Note: The SIP supports multiple incoming- and outgoing calls at the same time.
I have a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B 1GB, but if really needed I can buy a new Raspberry Pi.
The project includes among others:
A. The remote installation of an existing OR new Raspberry Pi.
B. The remote installation of free PBX on the Raspberry Pi.
C. The installation of the local SIP account in country A on the installed free PBX in country A.
To test, I need to be able to make a local extension to be sure that the SIP is working well (thus making and receiving a local call while I’m in country A).
D. Connect the free PBX in country A with the cloud free PBX in country B.
E. Test if, from at least two extensions on my cloud based free PBX (located in country B) I can make at least at the same time two incoming and/or outgoing calls (which are routed via the Raspberry Pi in country A).
