Radio Contest SMS Shortcode Setup

I'm in Canada and I'm trying to win a radio contest - everyday they ask you to text a keyword to a shortcode.. each phone number gets listed to the radio's system and they will call back the number and put you on radio for a chance to win.
I need to be able to have alot of numbers text this short code with a keyword and my name. getting a phone number is easy, but a voip system that will do shortcode sms is not ... you will set this up for me
