PlaySMS Installation & Integration with Chan_Dongle

I need PlaySMS installed and integrated with chan_dongle on my local server for SMS communication. The system must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. I will compensate for a successful and fully functional installation.

Current setup includes:
- Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
- Asterisk 18.25.0
- Chan_dongle driver
- Modem: Huawei K3765

Interested freelancers should have experience with PlaySMS, chan_dongle, and Asterisk.
