Key details
• Hours: flexible blocks spread across weekdays (roughly 10-15 hours total).
• Channel: inbound and outbound phone calls only—no email or live-chat work required.
• Language: fluent, confident English is essential; conversational Hindi is a strong plus because some callers prefer it.
• Typical queries: order status checks, basic product information, and troubleshooting common account issues. A concise call-handling script and FAQ will be provided so you can start quickly.
• Tools: you’ll log each call in my shared CRM (browser-based) and tag any follow-up items. A VoIP number will be supplied.
