Outbound Virtual Call Centre + Telegram Bot

I need a virtual call center system capable of making outbound calls, with an integrated Telegram bot. The system must support a customizable caller ID, and the capability to integrate with other software applications. It's important that it has the following features:
- Telegram Bot Functions: The bot should be programmed with automated reply capabilities. The ability to forward and record calls is a must, and it should also have the capability to capture DTMF signals for interactive voice response systems. Additionally, the bot should be capable of playing holding music in calls.
- Call Center Functionality: The call center must be set up for outbound calls only, with the ability to display a customized caller ID.
