I'm looking for a professional who can rigorously optimize my Vicidial setup. This project involves a comprehensive tuning, optimization, and data analysis of the system.
Key responsibilities:
- Fixing any system downtime (SD) issues that we may have with our carrier service BulkVS
- Data analysis to help us make better decisions and improve our overall telecommunication strategy
- We've been experiencing SD calls. I need someone who knows what this is and how to minimize it.
- Check call routing and carrier codes for call placement analysis
Preferred skills:
- Proven experience with Vicidial setup and optimization
- Strong understanding of telecommunications systems esp BulkVS
- Proven expertise in data analysis
- Excellent knowledge of call routing strategies
