Opensips opensips.cfg configuration for sip to smpp

I already installed OpenSIPS 3.1 and asterisk on centos 7. Now i need to configure opensips.cfg and associate things so i can send sip message from asterisk to OpenSIPS and then to external smpp server with the help OpenSIPS smpp module. i can handle the asterisk part but need help to configure OpenSIPS part. Interested person should know OpenSIPS very well.
