OpenSIPS Troubleshooting Help Needed – 24-Hour Turnaround
We are seeking an experienced OpenSIPS (OpenSER) freelancer to assist with troubleshooting an existing installation that is designed to handle up to 1,000 concurrent calls.
Scope of Work:
Troubleshoot and optimize SIP over TCP and UDP configurations
Identify and resolve issues with call routing, including carrierroute logic
Verify and troubleshoot configuration of the following OpenSIPS modules:
acc – for Call Detail Records (CDRs)
permissions – for IP-based access control
carrierroute – for routing and load balancing
mysql – for data persistence and module integration
Environment Details:
OpenSIPS is already installed
Server is running MySQL/MariaDB, Apache2, and PHPMyAdmin
Target system is intended to manage moderate traffic (1,000 concurrent sessions)
Requirements:
Proven experience with OpenSIPS troubleshooting
Strong understanding of SIP signaling over both TCP and UDP
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve routing or configuration issues
Availability to work immediately and complete troubleshooting within 24 hours
