Need help with Twilio ring group
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Currently my calls are submitted to a TwiML App for tracking using dial verb and saving call data to db.
I need somebody to expand on this and add a ring group when calling where it:
1. Plays a message or Says a message to caller
2. Ring up to 4 numbers (depending on setting) at the same time (example: 951-222-2222, 951-333-3333, 951-444-4444)
3. When a recipient picks up, Twilio will <say> message "You have a call for {company_name}, press any key to be connected" 2x
4. Recipient will have 3 extra seconds to press any key <gather> to be connected. before a disconnect
5. We continue to ring all other numbers until the first person presses a digit to be connected
6. We stop all other calls (once recipient presses a digit)
7. We play message that recipient hears "Your call will now be connected"
8. Then we connect call
9. If NO button is pressed and we reach timeout, caller will go to next step
10. Collect Voicemail <say> or <play> "Sorry we are unable to take you call, please leave a detailed message after the tone, and we will return you call shortly. Thank you." The hear a play beep, max recording 120s or a 5s no audio timeout
11. retain caller ID for all calls
