NEED CALL CENTER/IVR SYSTEM BUILT

We are looking for someone experienced in Call Center Technology/ IVR/ Twilio to create and manage Phone service system via IVR Call management facility. Needs to integrate Twilio Audio/Video/Chat and other major features. We have previous developer who started system but now need someone to complete system for us.
Needs to be implemented in all required new screens in mobile. i.e. Audio/Video/chat , Audio Video switching, same as WhatsApp, Call Waiting, Disconnection, Data Saver, encryption/Decryption etc...all basic functionalities for Mobile audio/video one line consultation.
Support for all your video use cases: 1:1 consultations, group video chat, screen sharing, and large scale broadcasts to thousands
