Modify my actual script in php to work with my asterisk server

I have a php script that calls and need to be connected to internal extension to keep the call trough AMI Asterisk.
After the called number answer or that call is active(call has been made), the call must be automatically trasfered to internal extension.
I have the php script (but it only beep the number its not transfering/keeping active call it just beep and hang up extensions.conf must be configured too)
I have the internal extension configured but we need to modify it.
I need the script to execute the phone call(not only beep) and to forward the call to internal extension(robo voice)
