Microsoft Teams Phone Linux SIP PBX Integration

I'm seeking a skilled professional to integrate a Linux based SIP account with Microsoft Teams calling service primarily for customer support purposes.
Key Requirements:
- Implement seamless integration between Microsoft Teams and linux SIP account
- Understand which Teams licence to use and cost
- Link Teams calling to external SIP a provider
- Create 4 option IVR queue
- Text to speech changes to be easily configurable by client
- Call flow changes to be easily configurable by client
- Link IVR queue to external SMS provider to send SMS
- Create basic log report eg incoming calls for the day, outgoing calls with average duration per call
- Google form api script to verify users on Google form without sign-in
- notify client eg using Google push notification/Telegram/alternative client on mobile phone once form is complete and redirect to form link for completed form to view it
- Proficient in Linux and Microsoft Teams Phone and Api.
- Test iteratively each api and deploy iteratively for end to end deployment
Alternative cost effective solutions shall also be reviewed
The ideal freelancer for this project should have previous experience with this type of integration, a strong understanding of both platforms, and the ability to create a user-friendly system for customer support linked to Google form.
