Linux Server SIP Trunk Configuration

I need an expert to configure my Linux server to make direct calls to my preferred SIP trunk provider, bypassing the need for software like 3cx.

I need an expert who can setup Asterisk and able to help us to make calls via Rest-API and websocket setup.
