Ivr call automation

My company is in need of IVR call automation to better serve our customers. We anticipate an average call volume of less than 100 per day. We are not sure whether we need an existing script for the automated call system or if one will need to be developed. We need the help of a freelancer with experience in this type of project in order to ensure it is implemented successfully.
