Integration between 3CX and Bitrix
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We need an integration to be done between 3cx and bitrix24
where
- All incoming calls from new contact will create a deal and inside this deal all the calls records will be saved
- if incoming calls for existing contract all the records will be saved and logged into the deal
- Same will happen for outgoing calls from 3cx
- if new contact a deal will be created ( on preselected funnel ) and when the call is going to existing clients all call records will be logged
-The contact in bitrix will be connected in 3cx and vise versa , so any call will come to 3cx or go out from 3cx the name of contact will be displayed as existed in bitrix
-The person who will answer/make the call will be the responsible for the deal
