Integrate Voice or Speech Recognition to My Asterisk IVR -- 2

Integrate Watson STT (Speech-To-Text) with Asterisk.
Calls come into Asterisk.
Caller listen to IVR Prompt to say the Callee (User's) name
Asterisk calls Watson API
Watson transcribes the user's name and returns it to Asterisk
Asterisk looks up the user's name in the user list and gets the user's extension
Asterisk routes the call to user's extension.
