Install and setup "Call Blaster" in FreePBX/Asterisk

Hello,
Looking for skilled Dev in Asterisk and FreePBX to install from GitHub "CallBlaster" by Netharm.

Hardware:
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (8gb ram)
USB dongle x 1

Software:
RasPBX
Asterisk
FreePBX

TO DO:
1) Install 2nd USB dongle in Raspberry
2) Install CallBlaster
3) Setup CallBlaster to work like:

after the call is answered, you hear the message "Hello, Please select 1 or 2..."
press 1 --> point to IVR_GOOD
press 2 --> point to IVR_BAD

MAIN TARGET:
Make Calls to list of contacts uploaded by file and recive feedback on which number make what choice.
It should be readable in CDR (?) or as in CallBlaster section Dialing Screen.

All message and IVRs are automatic, after CallBlaster finish, i need a list (IVR_GOOD/IVR_BAD) where to call as normal human.

PROBLEM:
CallBlaster have php 5.1 and i use PHP 7

TIP:
Best solution is Add On for FreePBX called "Xact Dialer" (link: https://www.freepbx.org/add-on/xactdialer/)
BUT this software is to expensive.


Price is important to me.
