IVR voice integration with Pioneer RX

Our company is called Hosted Connection. We are a telecommunication company that supplies VoIP services to clients from the east to the west coast.
We have a huge clientele that are in the pharmaceutical industry and are looking for something similar to what medtelcom.com offers.
Medtel communications is partnered with a company called Pioneer rx. Pioneer rx is a software that many pharmacies use to help them fill prescriptions and or manage their day-to-day workflow of their pharmacies. Medtel offers an IVR (auto attendant) that integrates with pioneer rx.
So when a client calls in and selects fill a prescription, the client would then enter their prescription and then it would pass along to the pioneer rx software. Now it also works in reverse as well, were the pioneer software sends out notifications to clients to let them know that their prescription is ready for pick up.
I dont know if that is an integration with our phone services or a feature that pioneer rx does straight from their software. We have already imitated an email with pioneer rx to get more information to integrate with them.
We are looking for a software developer to help us build something very similar to medtelcom.com and or the basics and keep integrating along the way with more features. This is a long-term project with our company.
