IVR system customize

I currently have IVR systems configured for multiple campaigns and project in which when customer presses 1 the call transfers to an agent

And now I am planning to get rid of it and move to AI for at least pre qualifications
In order to do that I have calling infrastructure ready which means I can land a live call on any vicidial server,
