IVR Script Modification and Training

We are seeking a skilled trainer to provide training on modifying and building IVR scripts in Twilio and Nice InContact Studio. The training will cover the essentials of IVR script modification and building techniques, including adding lines of narrative, skill route creations and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Twilio and Nice InContact Studio and a strong understanding of IVR principles and functionality. The training will be conducted remotely.
