IVR FusionPBX Telnyx phone customization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a FusionPBX phone system hosted on our local server hardware. I am using telnyx. I have a telnyx number that is fax capable. I need two items:
(1) Create a Document with step by step instructions how to change customize our IVR. When calls come into our main number, the main greeting gives them multiple options and based upon the caller selection their call gets forwarded to an external number. As people quit and we hire new, we need to make changes. We need instructions how to (A) Change the IVR Audio Greeting. (B) Add /Remove the external numbers to forward calls.
(2) 2nd item would be to ALSO use the main number as a fax number. If someone tries to send a fax to the main number, using our fax enabled Telnyx number, we will receive the fax and then forward it to a specific email address. We will create an email address on our hosted fax server to send the fax. Thank you!
