IVR Developer and Trainer Wanted
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are in search of a skilled developer capable of crafting an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The objective is to have the developed code stored on GitHub or Bitbucket for accessibility to future developers. This ensures that the code can be reviewed, refined, or extended as needed. The initial focus of the IVR project is to synchronize with pharmacy software, starting with Liberty RX. However, there are plans to extend this synchronization capability to other pharmacy software such as RX30, Pioneer, and more.
The envisioned IVR is straightforward in its functionality. It needs to seamlessly sync with the API key provided by the customer, allowing clients to input prescription numbers when called. The IVR should facilitate actions like activating a pharmacy pick-up or receiving a response from the software indicating the readiness of the prescription. Clients should also have the option to input multiple prescription numbers successively. Furthermore, they should be able to transfer to a pharmacy technician after entering each prescription. Our company will furnish all necessary SIP information for testing and initializing the IVR.
We are looking for a long-term collaboration with the developer, who will not only build these IVRs but also guide our team in deploying such services on a Virtual Machine (VM) in AWS or other recommended deployment methods. The emphasis is on establishing a reliable and redundant service that our organization can depend on consistently.
If you possess the expertise and commitment to undertake this project and are interested in establishing a lasting partnership, please share your qualifications and experience. We look forward to the prospect of working together to enhance our IVR capabilities.

- Advanced Level Skills: Given the nature of this project, extensive experience in IVR development is mandatory.
- Proficiency in any Programming Language: As we didn't specify any preferred programming language, I assume you are highly versatile and adaptive. Whether it's Python, Java, or C#, you will need to be an expert in the language(s) you use.
- Showcase Past Work: Give us confidence in your skills and experience by providing examples of your past work in IVR development.
Your role here extends beyond development - we want to learn from you. So if you have a knack for sharing knowledge in a clear and interactive manner, get in touch!
