Help with a sip trunk at a grandstream UCM6302A

Hi!
i have two days fighting with this equipment, the voip trunk i tried on a softphone and works fine, but when im making it to work into the ucm it is not working fine
PROBLEMS WE HAVE FOUND:
1.-If i erase the voip trunk and make it again works for a 5 - 6 minutes, then stops to work until i reboot all the equipment or i erase the account and make it again
2.- when it was trying to work i tried to make the call over the IVR but when the ivr reahces out my extension (local extension) it hangs up the call and throwing the call
WE TRIED ALREADY:
1.- upgrade firmware
2,. check codecs
3.- change sip register time
4.- we have localy a mypbx (yeastar pbx) and there the line runs fine, so the problem needs to be here configuration
5.- sometimes in the log im receiving a REGISTER and later a 401 from the voip provider, but as i said if i put it on a softphone it works fine
