Freeswitch Trunk Failover Setup

I'm looking for an experienced Freeswitch developer to set up a robust call forwarding and failover mechanism between two SIP trunks. The goal is to ensure that if one trunk fails or is unreachable, active calls should be placed on hold and then sent back to the originating side once the trunk is available again.
