FreeSWITCH or Asterisk Expert Needed

I am seeking a FreeSWITCH or Asterisk expert to help me set up a new enterprise. The ideal freelancer should have prior experience in this area. The project requires call routing and forwarding features to be implemented. Other functionalities such as IVR and voicemail, as well as conference calling and recording may also be required. Please provide your experience in this field in your application.

Automation will be required for this as well. I basically want people to go to my website, sign up, and get started with processing calls.
