FreePBX VOIP - setup inbound/outbound configuration

Yesterday my raspberry and freepbx stopped working :(
I can install the new raspberry and freepbx OS, but I don't know how to setup INBOUND and OUTBOUND lines and forward lines.
Description:
A. FreePBX is installed on Raspberry computer,
B. Raspberry has input 3 lines, and 1 output
2x VOIP
1x SIM Card No. (Usb Dongle)

1x ZOPIER sip
C. On connection immediately picks up IVR from short menu
Select 1, Select 2
D. When selecting 1 or 2 - Calls are forwarded out
---> SIP on ZOIPER
Necessary:
-Working Hours (after 4 p.m. there is another greeting, only a message)
-Music on Hold (after selecting from menu 1 or 2 you will hear MOH until I answer the call on the SIP ZOIPER)
-Fail2Ban
-Backup on 2nd card
Info:
USB Dongel works without problems
Raspberry works without any problems
Card #1 is 64 GB
Card #2 is 16 GB
Im using static IP
