Fix Vicidlal

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY: Hey I have an issue with my vicidial dialer - my agents aren’t able to hear customers and customers can’t hear them - this dialer is setup for outbound and inbound —-5 agents are on inbound and 5 are on outbound - I believe it may be specific to their computers everything works on my own computer but on none of my agents computers is the working —- I need someone who can fix this my budget is pretty firm if you know how to fix this issue and/or understand vicidial enough to try and fix the issue use the phrase “fix mic” as a keyword to let me know you read and can do this job -also need it done asap - I use twilio for my trunk and I also have plivo
