Fix Some errors with a FiveM server im currently having.

i've got a couple bugs going on with my server that i have no time to fix im looking for someone that would be willing and capable of doing these.. one being a Voip issue where it won't let you change proximity but will trigger the ui to change i obviously need the proximity to change as well as the ui. the other is an arithmatic value when banking sometimes it will withdrawl the amount specified then sometimes it will take that amount and withdraw 5+ times. im happy to share the entire framework+scripts with you so you can reproduce these issues as it's custom if you can fix these errors there may be some more work in the future as well :)
