FREEPBX & A2billing web interface not working -- 2

I am searching for an experienced Freelancer to investigate why my web interface is not working for FreePBX and A2billing. My server is running on RHEL/CentOS, and I am not sure if the web interfaces are producing error messages. Interestingly, I am finding that other parts of the system are still functioning properly, so I need someone to debug why the two programs are not working.
