Error trace in asterisk

Hello!
We need help to track down an error in asterisk open source platform

We have a production environment with a problem:

We need help from someone with deep knowledge of asterisk.
- Assist us to analyze log files
- Investigate if we compiled and installed correctly
- Help us to improve logging so we can track better if it happens again
