Enhancing Vicidial Survey's UK English Detection

I'm experiencing issues with the current function of Vicidial Survey's human detection. Specifically, we're facing:
- False positives
- False negatives
- Inaccurate detection

These issues are largely present when we call English speakers based in the United Kingdom. Consequently, I need enhancements specifically for the detection of UK English. Although perfection is not the aim, the updated system should be capable of detecting English words accurately, such as simple greetings like "Hello".

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficient in Vicidial Survey's software
- Excellent understanding of UK English, particularly accents
- Prior experience with improving speech detection accuracy
