I'm looking to implement an autodialer IVR system for customer support in Ireland. The system will need to have call routing to agents and the capability for voice message recording.

Need IVR press 1 solution for Ireland
I upload a list of
Name address phone number
It starts calling them
It will read a message I upload as an audio file (hope you have this option) followed by option to press 1
If they press 1 the call will be forwarded to me and it will stop calling the rest of the list
If there is other people who press 1 at the same time they will be placed on hold music for 10 minutes. Then it will say: sorry all of our agents are busy at this time, please wait for a call back.
