I'm looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who can also handle various telephonic tasks. The primary focus of the role will be resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in handling customer service roles. Experience in sales or upselling services is a plus but not a requirement.
