Custom Hierarchy Reporting for VoIP Services

We would like to generate custom reports from a Basic API Service from Asterisk PBX. Just wanted to ensure API have some limitations.
1. Call Analytics
2. Hierarchy Reporting
3. For Hierarchy you have to create and manage proper admins and users for each client.
4. CALL DETAIL REPORTS with direction of Incoming and Outgoing detailed call examples.
5. Recording Calls.
6. Summary of each user extension Total Incoming & Outgoing calls with time stamp and duration.
7. Live Reporting with summary of each user extension for Total Incoming and Outgoing with duration.
While discussing I can screen share and explain you the old app in detail to ensure the requirements.
