Configure voicemail detection (AMD) in Asterisk 13.21-vici

Hi, We are using Asterisk 13.21-vici version with Vicidial and AMD enabled campaigns, but everytime we are getting status as MACHINE even though it is answered by a human.
Need someone experienced who has already configured AMD perfectly and should be a quick job for him.
