Configure a 3CX system plus Dinstar Gateways

Need help to set up our 3CX phone system, linking a local Lan Dinstar Gateway and another remote one that has no public IP, there are 10 extensions to create, incoming and outgoing call routes, music on hold and maybe adding another sip trunk for local US calls, depending on options, Expertise with networking and 3CX is a must.
