I need a proficient freelancer to design and implement a cloud-based VoIP system for a small team of 1-10 users. Detailed knowledge of various cloud-based VoIP solutions is ideal, but specific expertise in implementing simple, user-friendly setups is crucial.

Preferably need to setup Vicidial with Xlite integration.
