Call Center Management Asterisk Developer

Job ID: 37744538

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am in need of a skilled developer who can construct an Asterisk application tailored for call center management.

Plan for building Asterisk (SIP server).

1. Gather information about hardware and software requirements. In this case, we focus on CPU speed, memory size, and bandwidth. You will need a router or firewall to forward SIP traffic to your server. We use Asterisk as our SIP server software. User scenarios and support documentation are also provided. (Day 1).

2. Procure and build cloud servers according to specifications, such as the volume of calls to be processed. Emphasizes factors such as OS, storage, and security. Aim for 300 calls. We also set up a firewall and domain. (Day 2 and 3).

3. Install the latest version of Asteriks. You do this on the official website. (Day 4).

4. A SIP trunk connects your company's IP PBX to your Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP). SIP trunks handle incoming and outgoing PSTN lines. After configuring the codec and limiting lines, test the connection using appropriate software. (5th, 6th,).

5. Develop plan logic using Extensions.conf for internal and external calls. It also sets the path, context, and permissions. (Day 7 and 8).

6. WebRTC integration. Install an Asterik compatible WebRTC server. In this case, choose FreeSWITCH. Set up your account and authentication. (9th, 10th).

7. Customization and testing to add special features and conduct thorough testing. We also prepare documents. (Day 11).

8. Provide system administration and configuration training to users before providing all source configuration and documentation. (12th, 13th).

9. After development support with contact details available for follow-up during 6 months warranty period. Regular updates are also provided. (14th).

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge and experience in developing "Asterisk" applications, specifically those designed for call center operations. Expertise in call routing and call queueing would be a benefit, though not compulsory.
