3CX CFD Auto Dailer outbound

Hello,
I am looking for outbound autodialer for 3CX. Below are the points to consider
1) Dailer will get the phone numbers via csv, txt or xls file
2) It will check if the agent is available to take call and dial accordingly
3) The number will be dialed 10 times at certain interval and if still unsuccessful it will skip the number. We should somehow get the list of unsuccessful numbers
4) there will be separate list for each agent
