Build an IVR system and connect it to my existing SIP/PBX

I need to build an IVR system (Interactive voice response) so when a client calls/gets a call to/from the system it will play a pre-recorded greetings and it will ask him to enter his 10 digits case ID, and after that it will ask for another 6 digits identifier..
All the digits entered by the caller I need to be saved along with his phone number
Please IF YOU HAVE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROJECT -> make sure to explain how is it going to be done and is it possible to connect it with my existing VOIP or do we need a provider to provide this whole service?
