BPO / Call Center Team Needed for Merchant Support Calls with Dual-Channel Recordings

We are looking for a BPO, call center team, or experienced voice callers to make authorized merchant support calls and provide high-quality call recordings.

We need multiple unique callers with distinct voices. Each caller should be able to complete enough calls to provide at least 4-5 hours of usable audio per caller's voice.

Requirements:
1. Experience with outbound or support-style phone calls
2. Multiple real callers with different voices
3. Clear spoken English and professional call handling
4. Ability to follow call instructions/scripts accurately
5. Calling software must support dual-channel/stereo recordings, with the caller and the other party recorded on separate channels
6. Ability to provide organized recordings and basic call documentation
