Avaya AES, DMCC and TSAPI App

Objective:
Stream audio from incoming and outgoing calls to our Voice Analytics Server (VAS), capture Events and push to Avaya CTI / CSTA
Requirement:
1. Propose to use DMCC to capture media / RTP forked at Avaya Media GW and relay VAS
2. Use DMCC infra to fork and capture audio and relay to our VAS.
3. Use TSAPI (AES API) to publish events between VAS and AE, and send further to Avaya CTI.

Avaya Media GW, Avaya Communication Manager / Avaya Aura, Avaya AES (and TSAPI and DMCC protocols), IP Phones
