Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)

I am looking for a hosted Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to meet my organization's needs. I am not sure if this needs to be integrated with any of our existing software, but I do need several specific features. These include Call Routing capabilities, as well as IVR and Call Monitoring. The right system would effectively manage and monitor incoming calls and direct them to the right person or department as needed.
