Automated sms when customer press a key. -- 2

Hi There,
We have an "IVR call flow" with a few press keys (exp-1 to 7) each key has its own prerecorded voice message that play when a customer select and press one of these keys. What we need done is an automated SMS should be sent to our customers , instead of a prerecorded message when they press 1 that is for "order status & tracking"
For IVR services, we are using EXOTEL a cloud telephony platform which has already shared a support article of the use-cases how it can be executed.
