Asterisk Specialist - Update IVR for Voicemail Notifications Commercial Module

I am looking for an Asterisk Specialist who can update the IVR system for our Voicemail Notifications Commercial Module. The Voicemail Notifications Module https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FPG/VM+Notify is encrypted so this might require a different approach like making our own Voicemail Notification Module to include a fourth option. I would like the fourth option to dial *100 so it gives the normal Voicemail Options.
