Asterisk / FreePBX initial setup

We are to start an IPRN promotion business. This means an initial setup (server, Asterisk, FreePBX, MySQL, dialer). Additionally, since we are mainly sales people, we are looking for a long term cooperation : manage the (automatic) calling activity, shoot troubles, control statistics.
Please quote initial setup. We will discuss long term afterwards.
